Micro greens

I really like the refreshing crunch of micro greens and sprouts. My kitchen is officially in Winter mode and I started the winter micro green garden.

As with any food growing and cooking project, I use our liquid soap for all of my dish and vegetable washing, specifically because it's kind to my hands and leaves no residue or taste behind. It is very important to taste the food instead of dish detergent.
